Our Mission

Hi, I’m Jill, founder of The Wellness Seed, PLLC, and one of the many wellness providers here at our holistic collective serving the Southern NH community.

I’m passionate about health & helping others and strive to create an atmosphere that reduces stigma surrounding mental health. I not only provide counseling in my own private practice, but here at THE WELLNESS SEED we have a little something for everyone. Reaching all areas of health.

Providing you with welcoming space

All your appointments will take place in either our quiet office environment upstairs, or our soothing nature “zen” room space on the lower level. We have comfortable waiting rooms, two private bathrooms, and easy parking. Check out the art, décor, and furnishings— they might be for sale!

Zen Rooms

Our lower-level leads to our three nature-inspired ZEN rooms. In these soundproof spaces you can drift away into nature and let the stress of your day melt away. Each level has its own bathroom and waiting area. Local art for sale on both levels of our wellness space.

Rooms: Desert Cactus Room, Mushroom Moss Room, and Pine Forest Room.

Services: Massage, Acupuncture, TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises), CranioSacral Therapy, and soon-to-be Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Opportunities for Reiki, Sound Healing, Private Yoga Classes also available in our Zen rooms.

 
 

Convenient location, proudly serving Southern NH residents:

Our two-story office condo is conveniently located in Amherst, NH, right off of Route 101A and just minutes away from Route 3. We’re tucked away in a quiet, wooded area with easy parking. Although I believe in-person care is the most effective, I also offer secure Telehealth options for counseling services.
